Can you handle demolition and excavation under one contract?
Yes. That's the point of Deca. Demolition, asbestos removal, strip-out, excavation, remediation and civil works are all done by one crew, so there's no gap between the building coming down and the ground being dug.
Do you remove asbestos before demolition?
Yes. Hazardous materials are surveyed first, then asbestos-containing materials are removed and disposed of, and clearance documentation is issued before demolition begins.
What do you need from me to quote?
The site address and what needs to come down or come out. Structure type, number of storeys, basement depth, access and any known hazards help us price it accurately. Plans or photos help too.
What happens to the demolition waste?
Materials are sorted on site and separated for recycling where they can be. The rest is classified and taken to licensed facilities for disposal.
