Safe, every day
Inductions, SWMS and toolbox talks are how the day starts, not a form to sign. Nobody is asked to do something unsafe to make up time.
Licensed and trained
Tickets and licences are paid for and kept current. Removalists, operators and supervisors are trained for the work they are given.
Steady work
Six trades under one contract means the crew moves from one stage to the next, not from one employer to the next.
Open roles

Demolition Supervisor
Run demolition sites day to day: sequence, exclusion zones, plant, crew and the paperwork that goes with them.
What we're after
- Five or more years on demolition sites, with time in charge
- NSW demolition licence (DE1 or DE2) or working towards one
- Confident with demolition work plans, SWMS and SafeWork NSW notifications
- White card, first aid, and a current driver licence

Excavator Operator (20 to 45 tonne)
Operate demolition and bulk excavation machines with shears, hammers and grabs, on tight metro sites.
What we're after
- Experience on 20 tonne and larger machines in demolition or bulk excavation
- Attachment changes, rock breaking and working beside shoring
- Plant tickets and white card
- A clean record on safety, with references

Licensed Asbestos Removalist
Remove bonded and friable asbestos under licence, inside controlled areas, ahead of our demolition crews.
What we're after
- Class A or Class B asbestos removal training
- Experience in enclosures, decontamination units and wet methods
- Comfortable with notifications, waste tracking and clearance inspections
- Respirator fit test and current medical

Estimator and Project Coordinator
Price demolition, asbestos, excavation and civil packages from plans and hazmat reports, then help run the jobs you win.
What we're after
- Experience pricing demolition, excavation or civil works
- Reads structural and civil drawings, geotechnical and hazardous materials reports
- Organised with approvals, permits and client reporting
- Clear writer and a straight talker on the phone

Demolition Labourer and Plant Spotter
Soft strip, sorting materials, spotting for machines and keeping the site tidy and safe.
What we're after
- White card and asbestos awareness training
- Fit for physical work outdoors
- Reliable, early starts, your own transport
- Spotter or dogging tickets are a plus

HC Truck Driver
Truck and dog work moving demolition material and spoil between our sites and licensed facilities.
What we're after
- HC licence with truck and dog experience
- Knows Sydney's tip and recycling facilities
- Keeps waste dockets straight, every load
- Pre-start checks and a tidy truck
